broken faucet solidified toothpaste
The breakfast was acceptable. There were many options.
i found the hot water faucet in the shower broken and i was not able to take a shower. i called reception, concierge and housekeeping many times without an answer. perhaps it was too late (1 am) but no one helped me. the toothpaste was solidified, and i could not use it.

service issues long wait
Breakfast had a great selection of food. That was acceptable.
It was not rectified even though I flagged it multiple times. Calling the operator for queries took a long time. I tried to call multiple times and was on hold for 5/10 mins. I expected better communication overall. I was often left waiting.
